If you are a woman and you are very sedentary, and you want to take the step to be more active for your health or another objective that requires it, this exercise protocol will help you in that process. It corresponds to 7 sessions that you can do once a day to achieve the habit of discipline and love for exercise, then you can repeat the sequence until you feel stronger and can do more advanced exercises.
The protocol is aimed at young adult women, between 30 and 59 years old.
It includes standing exercises, mat, resistance with elastic band and use of 2 dumbbells of 1 to 4 kilos or a similar weight item according to your perception of effort.
The time spent per day varies from 20 to 30 minutes.
